Uses

Helps to • increase the total sleep time in people suffering from sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule • re-set the body’s sleep-wake cycle • prevent the effect of jet lag • speed up/reduce the time it takes to fall asleep in people who fall asleep slowly • temporarily promote relaxation.

Warnings

Do not use if • you are pregnant or breastfeeding • you have scleroderma.

Consult a health care practitioner before use if you • are taking medications for seizure, blood pressure, to suppress the immune system, to affect mental state of increase sedation, steroids or blood thinners • have cardiovascular, immune, liver or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar or migraines • are taking carbidopa or drugs with serotonergic activity. These may include, but are not limited to, L-tryptophan, adenosylmethionine, St. John’s wort, antidepressants, pain killers, over the counter cough and cold medication containing dextromethorphan, anti-nausea medication and anti-migraine medication.

When using this product

• consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks • for use beyond 4 weeks • Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness • Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.

Stop use and ask a health care practitioner if • you show signs of weakness, oral ulcers, abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain or if you experience skin changes • allergy occurs or if you experience headache, confusion, or nausea. Some people may experience diarrhea, vomiting and abdominal pain.

Directions

Adults: 2 gummies,
1 time per day. Take once a day, at bedtime.
