Return & Refund Policy- Dream Water® Canada 

 

At Dream Water®., we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a flexible return and refund policy to make your shopping experience great. This return policy is only applicable for customers who purchased through our Shopify store. 

 

1. Returns 

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

 To be eligible for a return:  

  • The product must be in its original packaging. 
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items  

 The following items are not eligible for return: 

  • Gift cards 
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
  • Sale or clearance items 
  • Other conditions may apply 

 

3. Refunds 

  • Refunds are subjected to review and approval. We reserve the right to assess the condition and reason for your return before determining eligibility for refund. 
  • Refunds will only be issued if the products meet specific conditions. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance with your refund query. 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7-14] business days, depending on your issuing bank. 

 

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 

4. Replacement  

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at customercare@delivrahealth.com.  

 

5. Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet: 

  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
