How Do I Use Dream Water?

When Should I drink Dream Water?

Dream Water should be consumed approximately 30 minutes before bedtime. It can also be consumed at any other time you may want to promote restorative sleep such as on an airplane or when you want to take a mid-day nap.

How much Dream Water should I take?

We do not recommend consuming more than 1 shot or 2 sticks in any 24 hour period. Try taking 1/2 of a shot or 1 stick before bed to help with occasional sleeplessness.

Will I wake up feeling groggy, drowsy, or have a hangover feeling?

Dream Water was created so that whether you sleep 4 hours or 8 hours, it should help promote rest and relaxation. The hope is that you will wake up feeling refreshed, unlike when taking so many of the over-the-counter and prescription sleep aids currently available in the market. Also consider taking half the recommended dosage.

Does Dream Water need to be refrigerated?

For best taste, we recommend refrigerating Dream Water shots. They can also be enjoyed at room temperature, or however else you like consuming flavored water. Since they are made of natural ingredients, you should refrigerate after opening and discard after 5 days of opening. Dream Water sleep powder should be kept at room temperature.

Can I take Dream Water every night?

Dream Water is non-habit forming and offers an alternative to help get a restful night’s sleep without many of the negative side effects associated with most over-the-counter or prescription sleep aids on the market. Please note, Dream Water can be used as an aid to try to help you regain a regular sleep cycle, however, long-term sleep trouble may be indicative of other medical issues. Please consult your doctor or medical practitioner should you have any questions or concerns regarding the consumption of Dream Water.

Can I take Dream Water on an airplaine?

Dream Water is TSA compliant. The 2.5oz Dream Water shot is conveniently designed to pass through airport security. If you do not get a chance to purchase Dream Water prior to your travel, you can find Dream Water in most U.S. airport stores.
